What To Expect?

Upon your arrival, we will do the following 4 steps to understand the symptom or injuries.

  2. Sports Massage & Trigger Point Therapy- Hands-on manual Therapy
  3. Assisted Stretching and Joint Mobilization (with cupping or sports taping)- Improve mobility and flexibility
  4. Corrective Exercise Prescription- Strengthing and Stabilization Exercise

In case of a contraindication when the massage should not be performed, we will recommend postponing the treatment and get medical professional advice or perform treatment on other non-injury body parts.
