What To Expect?

Sports Massage is your best strategy for injury prevention and reduces wear and tear on your muscle, cartilage and ligament. The Sports Massage Clinic perform sports massage and soft tissue techniques for different muscle groups and explain to you the benefits of the treatment. Upon your arrival, we will do the following 4 steps to understand the symptom or injuries.

  1. Assessments- Movement and Range of Motion Assessment
  2. Sports Massage & Trigger Point Therapy- Hands-on manual Therapy
  3. Assisted Stretching and Joint Mobilization (with cupping or sports taping)- Improve mobility and flexibility
  4. Corrective Exercise Prescription- Strengthing and Stabilization Exercise

In case of a contraindication when the massage should not be performed, we will recommend postponing the treatment and get medical professional advice or perform treatment on other non-injury body parts.
